At Carmel Carpets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new rug doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 14 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the carpet is rolled correctly and placed back in its original protective plastic wrapping to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  We will coordinate a courier to collect the item directly from your home, or you can drop it off at any of our official brand galleries.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
